• Interior Cleaning: Wipe the interior with a damp cloth after the spatula has completely cooled.
• Powder-Coated Parts: For regular cleaning, use a lint-free damp cloth. Repaint with the same powder-coating product if scratches occur.
• Stainless Steel Parts: Use a scratch-free sponge and stainless steel cleaner, following the grain of the metal to avoid scratches.
• Gas Handling: Ensure gas connections are secure before each use. Store gas canisters away from heat and sunlight.
• Safety Precautions: Allow the spatula to cool fully before covering or storing. Follow all gas safety guidelines.

1-year limited warranty for the original purchaser. Proof of purchase is required.

• Exclusions include misuse, normal wear and tear, rust, scratches, fading, and elemental damage.
• Warranty does not cover mobile installations or products moved from their original location.

• The warranty is non-transferable and does not restart upon replacement.

Return Policy

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it by emailing support@lavishpatio.com.

• Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the original shipping date and sent prepaid (no CODs).
• Report any discrepancies within 24 hours of receiving the product.
• Use a traceable carrier and insure the package; Lavish Patio is not responsible for missing packages.
• Products must be in their original packaging and sellable condition.
• Exchanges are processed within 14 days of receiving your return; notification will be sent via email.
• If an exchange item is unavailable, you will be reimbursed.
• Refunds cover the purchase price only (excluding shipping costs unless it’s an error or damaged merchandise).
• For damaged merchandise, contact support before returning.
