Return Policy
14 Days' Right of Withdrawal.
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on any Cane-Line product. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you:

Have received your item(s).

Have taken physical possession of the last item in cases where multiple items are ordered in a single order and delivered individually.

Have taken physical possession of the last lot or part of the consignment when your order consists of several lots or parts.You must notify us within 14 days of receipt at support@lavishpatio.com if you wish to withdraw from your purchase.
Return of Item(s) When Exercising the 14 Days' Right of Withdrawal: You must return your item(s) to us without undue delay, no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your decision to withdraw. You are responsible for the direct costs associated with returning the item(s). Ensure that all items are securely packed in their original packaging, and use the return note provided by email. You bear the risk of the item(s) from the time of delivery.
Covers, rugs, and pillows can be returned by normal post. All other items must be returned by courier or regular carrier.
Refund of Purchase Amount: If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery option), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive notice of your decision to withdraw. The refund will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction.
Please do not return any items before requesting our return form. Any deterioration in value for which you are responsible will be deducted from the refund amount.
Once we receive and inspect the item, you will receive a refund of the purchase amount within 14 days.
Note:
You may lose part or all of the purchase amount if:

The item has been damaged while in your possession.

You have handled the item in ways beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and functioning.
Complaints – If There Is Something Wrong with the Item
Your purchase is covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act, including rules on defects. This means that you are entitled to have a defective item repaired or replaced, or to receive a refund or price reduction, depending on the specific situation. Your statutory right to complain is valid for 24 months. However, this requires that the complaint is justified and the defect was not caused by improper use or other damaging behavior.
You Must Contact Us Within a 'Reasonable Time' Complaints must be made within a 'reasonable time' after discovering the defect. We recommend that you submit complaints as soon as possible, and no later than two months from the discovery of the defect. You can submit a complaint via email at support@lavishpatio.com.
Refund of Freight Costs for Legitimate Complaints: If your complaint is legitimate, we will refund reasonable freight costs for returning the item. Otherwise, you are responsible for all transport costs, including any return shipping fees after we examine the item. Ensure the item is returned in proper packaging and remember to get a dispatch receipt. You are responsible for the package/items until we receive them. Save the receipt, including information about freight costs and any tracking number.
Please specify the problem in detail when returning the item. You cannot exercise the right of withdrawal by refusing to take delivery without notifying us.
